| Our university is located in the downtown of Development Area, where you will find an array of good department stores, restaurants and recreational centers.
·Transportation
Tram route currently runs from Development Area to Dalian City. It takes 30 minutes by tram to get to Dalian city.
·Shopping
You will find a range of supermarkets and department stores off campus. Supermarkets such as New-Mart, Tesco, Wal-Mart as well as Mykal and Ansheng shopping centers are only 5 minutes away by walk. You will find a small-size supermarket on campus too.
·Eating
Student dining halls offer a variety of ethnic cousins. Close to the university you will find plenty of restaurants serving Korean, Japanese and western style food.
·Banks
Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, China Construction Bank and many foreign banks are near the university, which offer all kinds of financial services.
·Hospital
You will find well-equipped Third Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University and Development Area Hospital close to the campus. There is a clinic on campus too.
·Post and Internet service
Post office on campus offers mail and package services.
